Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier but if you are on a lower tier, you will be needed to pay the difference for the upgrade.
What is the difference between the Silver, Gold, & Platinum packages?
There is absolutely no difference between Cloud7 modules, features and packages. The only difference, a customer will be getting is in the pricing.
Do you provide a discount for paying in advance and committing to an annual term?
Yes, if you commit to a plan you, will be entitled to a discount of up to 80% as compared to Coud7’s baseline price.
How long is my commitment to a paid plan?
Cloud7 is based on a subscription model and you will be licensed accordingly, as long as your subscription is valid. We have both monthly and annual billing options so if you will select annual plan, so you will pay annually and if monthly plan, then you will pay monthly.
How do I add advanced or premier support to my account?
You should contact us so we will process your request and activate Advanced and Premier support within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I add or subtract additional VMs or Storage after I start my plan?
Yes, you can easily add or subtract VMs or Storage after your plan starts and we will bill you accordingly. We can add your bill to the yearly plan or instead, we can also charge you every month.
